Pesenti, Michele
Pesenti, Michele,Italian singer, lutenist, and composer; b. probably in Verona, c. 1470; d. after 1524. He was in the service of the d’Este family in Ferrara. Pesenti was a notable composer of frottolas, of which 36 were publ. (1505–21). Two of his motets are also extant.
