Montague, Stephen (b Syracuse, NY, 1943). Amer. composer and pianist. In Warsaw on Fulbright schol. 1972–4. Settled in London 1974. Career as virtuoso pianist. Formed pf. duo 1985 with Philip Mead, touring Eur., N. Amer., and Scandinavia. Co-founder of Electro-Acoustic Music Assoc. of Great Britain. Was Florida junior college tennis champion.
