Regarding Henry ★★★ 1991 (PG-13)

A cold-hearted lawyer gets shot in the head during a holdup and survives with memory and personality erased. During recovery the new Henry displays compassion and conscience the old one never had. Though too calculated in its yuppiebashing ironies, the picture works thanks to splendid acting and low-key, on-target direction. 107m/C VHS, DVD . Harrison Ford, Annette Bening, Bill Nunn, Mikki Allen, Elizabeth Wilson, Robin Bartlett, John Leguizamo, Donald Moffat, Nancy Marchand; D: Mike Nichols; W: J.J. (Jeffrey) Abrams; C: Giuseppe Rotunno; M: Hans Zimmer.
