Day Night Day Night
Day Night Day Night ★★★ 2006
Luisa Williams plays a nameless young woman who at the story's outset is holed up in a shabby motel receiving instruction from black-hooded men. While few clues are given about her motivation, her intention is clearly to become a suicide bomber in Times Square. Once on the streets of New York, her scenes are filmed with handheld cameras in daylight amid the unwitting masses of Manhattan. The film raises many issues, leaving most unresolved and leaving viewers to contemplate the very real possibility of terrorism close to home. 94m/C DVD .
