Jack Hammet has just become the youngest full partner ever at his Chicago law firm, with a knack for winning impossible cases. His next one's a beaut. Seems an envious colleague has gotten himself murdered and his estranged wife is the prime suspect. Jack decides to work with newly arrived lawyer Kate Weldon but as the two become personally involved, Kate begins to question Jack's ethics. Seems the evidence is more than a little shady and Jack isn't telling all. 94m/C VHS . Peter Berg, Jennifer Grey, Belinda Bauer; D: Duncan Gibbins; W: Duncan Gibbins, Pablo F. Fenjves.
