Crazy scientist Na- thaniel Billings (Karloff) has been working on creating a race of supermen in his basement. He sells his home to Bill (Parks) and Winnie (Donnell), who are turning the place into a bed and breakfast, thinking that he can use their guests as fresh subjects. Lorre plays multiple roles, including a fellow nutcase. Karloff was un- available to reprise his role in the film version of “Arsenic and Old Lace” so he did this similar comedy instead. 66m/B VHS .
