Lake, Alice (1895–1967)

American stage and silent-screen actress. Born Sept 12, 1895, in Brooklyn, NY; died Nov 15, 1967, in Hollywood, CA.

After a successful stage career, moved to Hollywood and performed in several Mack Sennett shorts with Fatty Arbuckle; appeared in other films, including Playing Dead, Circumstantial Evidence, The Moonstone, Body and Soul, Dining Out, Glamour, The Mighty Barnum and Frisco Kid; often starred opposite Bert Lytell.
