Russian-American synchronized swimmer. Born Dec 30, 1972, in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg), USSR.
Competed on the Russian national team (1989–93); moved to US; became a US citizen (Oct 1999); with Alison Bartosik, won a bronze medal for duet at Athens Olympics (2004), as well as a bronze medal for team. Named US Synchronized Swimming Athlete of the Year (1997, 2003, 2003); US Olympic Committee Athlete of the Year (2002).
