Australian poet and literary critic. Born Sept 7, 1923, in Sydney, Australia; died Jan 19, 1993; graduate of University of Sydney; m. Mark Keesing.
Writings include Elsie Carewe (1965) and Douglas Stewart (1965), as well as criticism, poetry, biography and children's works; edited Australian Post-War Novelists (1975); with Douglas Stewart, edited the anthologies Australian Bush Ballads (1955) and Old Bush Songs (1957).
