American US Army warrant officer. Born in Pasadena, CA, possibly Dec 2, 1882; died possibly Oct 1975 in Los Altos, CA.
Became civilian-grade headquarters clerk in US Army (1907); appointed army field clerk (1916); became (1st woman) army warrant officer (1926); in charge of personnel at Judge Advocate's Office, San Francisco, CA (during WWI); served in Philippines (1919–22, 1933–36), in Omaha, NE (1922–33) and in San Francisco, CA (until retirement, 1937).
