American actress. Name variations: Marguerite De LaMotte. Born June 22, 1902, in Duluth, Minnesota; died Mar 10, 1950, in San Francisco, California; m. John Bowers (actor, div.).

Trained as a dancer; starred opposite Douglas Fairbanks in Mark of Zorro, The Three Musketeers and The Iron Mask; other films include Pals in Paradise, The Beloved Brute, Arizona, The People vs. Nancy Preston and The Unknown Soldier.
