At Barcelona Olympics, won a silver medal in K4 500 meters (1992); won a bronze medal for K4 500 meters at Atlanta Olympics (1996); at World championships, won gold medals for K2 1,000 (1998, 1999), K2 500 meters (1998); won a bronze medal for K1 500 meters at Sydney Olympics (2000); placed 1st at World Cup for K2 1,000 meters (2000).
