Assistant secretary in the US Air Force. Born probably Dec 3, 1921; probably died Sept 5, 2000, in Hanford, California.
Served on the California State Employment Board and as an assistant appointments secretary to Ronald Reagan, then governor of California; appointed as an assistant secretary for manpower and reserve affairs by President Gerald Ford (1976), the highest civilian appointive position which had ever been bestowed on a woman in the US Air Force.
