Linda Keen

1940-

American mathematician who has improved analytical problem resolution methods. Keen earned her doctorate at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. Focusing on dynamic systems and complex analysis, she has been a professor at Lehman College since 1968. Keen served as president of the Association for Women in Mathematics, vice president of the American Mathematical Society, and associate editor of the Journal of Geometric Analysis. She has addressed numerous mathematical meetings, including the presentation of the 1993 Emmy Noether Lecture.
