Hoplichthyidae
Hoplichthyidae (ghost flathead; subclass Actinopterygii, order Scorpaeniformes) A small family of marine fish that resemble the true flatheads (Platycephalidae) in that the head and anterior part of the body are very depressed and wide, the second dorsal and anal fins are very long, and the lower three of the pectoral fin rays are free. There are several species, found in the Indo-Pacific region.
