ISLAMIC MOVEMENT FOR THE LIBERATION OF PALESTINE (al-Haraka al-Islamiyya il-Tahrir Filastin, in Arabic)

Movement created at the beginning of the 1980s by Shaykh Jabir Abdallah Ammar, member of Fatah, with the approval of the latter, desirous of taking control of a part of the Islamist current that had appeared among the Palestinians since the victory of the Iranian revolution.
