Abdomen: single tuning-fork gills on abdomen

Body Color: olive-brown to dark brown

Mobility: not strong crawlers

Size: 7-9mm

Hook Size: 12-16

More available to fish in small to medium streams; although a larger population can be common in bigger streams.

Antennae: 2, short

Wings: 2 sets with hind wings being rounded, gray slate color

Tails: 3

Legs: 6

Body Color: reddish-brown

Size: 7-9mm

Hook Size: 12-16

Spinner

Spinners are not covered because of the lack of spinners falling on the water and no interest from the trout.
