Born June 11, 1953, in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; son of an American naval officer; married Christine Ebersole (an actress), 1976 (marriage ended, 1981); married, wife's name Mariellen, 1985; children: (second marriage) Clare Elizabeth, Connor. Education: Attended American Academy of Dramatic Arts, New York City.
