Born October 13, 1969, in London, England; daughter of Anthony Hose (a music conductor) and Beverley Bergen (an opera singer); married, husband a CNN correspondent; children: one daughter.

Career: Actress. Made professional debut on opera stage in Australia at the age of nine, 1978.
