Description:

State-supported, comprehensive, coed. Part of University System of Georgia. Awards bachelor's and master's degrees. Founded 1890. Setting: 165-acre suburban campus. Endowment: $72,919. Research spending 2003-04: $688,897. Total enrollment: 2,800. Faculty: 160 (123 full-time, 37 part-time). Student-undergrad faculty ratio is 18:1. 3,926 applied, 32% were admitted. Full-time: 2,095 students, 56% women, 44% men. Part-time: 570 students, 58% women, 42% men.
