Merle Aronson Point Scholarships (Graduate, Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To support the LGBT community. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicant must be LGBT or have a history of leadership in the LGBT community and plan to be a LGBT leader in the future. Criteria: Award is given based on the application.

Funds Avail.: No specific amount. Number Awarded: 1. To Apply: Applicants must complete the online scholarship application by March 1. If chosen as semi-finalists, students are requested to submit supplemental materials, in one envelope: two to three letters of recommendation; official transcripts; test score verification; and resume. Purpose: To support the LGBT community. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicant must be from the area of San Diego, California; LGBT; or have a history of leadership in the LGBT community and plan to be a LGBT leader in the future. Criteria: Award is given based on the application.

Qualif.: Applicant must be a LGBT student of distinction attending American University, Washington, DC or have a history of leadership in the LGBT community and plan to be a LGBT leader in the future. Criteria: Award is given based on academic achievement and leadership development.
