Myron Asplin Foundation Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To promote education in the field of agriculture. Focus: Agricultural sciences. Qualif.: Applicants must be active students continuing their education in an agriculture-related field of study. Criteria: Applicants are selected based on a combination of academic achievement, community and agricultural involvement.

Funds Avail.: $750. Number Awarded: 1. To Apply: Applicants must submit application form (available at the website) with high school transcript; list of courses taken and grades received during senior year (if not included in transcript); recent photo (name printed at the back). IPSA Student Recognition Awards (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To promote education in the field of agriculture. Focus: Agriculture. Qualif.: Applicants must be an active student entering junior/senior year or graduate students studying agriculture or related field. Criteria: Preference is given to the dependents of an IPSA member and associates.

Funds Avail.: $700. To Apply: Application form is available at the website. Applicants must attach student transcript; two recommendation letters from professors; a statement about personal and professional goals and objectives; work experience for the last two years; and recommendation from the nominator along with any relationship to IPSA member or Associate member company. Deadline: May 15.
