Foresters Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide opportunity for Foresters members to pursue higher learning through financial support. Focus: General Studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be Foresters members or their biological or legally-adopted dependents or children, aged 25 years or under; Foresters members and/or their spouse, aged 25 years or under; Foresters member and/or their spouse who are mature students who are currently enrolled in full-time post-secondary studies. Applicants must have performed a minimum of forty hours of community service in the 2 years prior to application. Criteria: Scholarship recipients will be selected based on completed application and academic performance.

Funds Avail.: Up to $8,000 to cover related to post-secondary education. To Apply: Applicant must have the Forester life, Foresters annuity, Social Fraternal membership and a registered non-voting member; must submit the application form together with official transcript, community service achievement list, two letters of reference and a member consent form. Deadline: September-November.
