Description:

Independent Roman Catholic, comprehensive, coed. Awards associate, bachelor's, and master's degrees. Founded 1927. Setting: 55-acre urban campus. Endowment: $8.5 million. Educational spending 2003-04: $4545 per student. Total enrollment: 2,454. Faculty: 259 (100 full-time, 159 part-time). Student-undergrad faculty ratio is 13:1. 965 applied, 79% were admitted. 8% from top 10% of their high school class, 35% from top quarter, 75% from top half. Full-time: 1,474 students, 73% women, 27% men. Part-time: 486 students, 76% women, 24% men.
