Purpose: To provide higher education programs leading to professional opportunities in the fields of art and design, culinary arts, and technology that prepare graduates for job entry and career advancement. Focus: Art. Qualif.: Applicants must be high school seniors from the Sixth Congressional District who enter their work in The Artistic Discovery Art Program. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on financial need and academic standing.
