Born June 25, 1952, in Abilene, TX. Education: Massachusetts College of Art, B.F.A., 1979; Washington University School of Fine Arts, M.F.A., 1981.

Sculptor, educator. Swain School of Design, New Bedford, MA, instructor, 1981-1982; University of Colorado, Boulder, assistant professor, 1982-89, associate professor, 1989-97, professor of fine arts, 1997—, area coordinator of sculpture, 1982—, department chair and associate chair of graduate studies. Founding member of FUSE Exhibitions and ARTNAUTS (international artists organization); serves on professional panels and on boards of directors, including the Boulder Center for the Visual Arts.
