The Glass Bottom Boat ★★½ 1966

A bubbly but transparent Doris Day comedy, in which she falls in love with her boss at an aerospace lab. Their scheme to spend time together gets her mistaken for a spy. Made about the time they stopped making them like this anymore, it's innocuous slapstick romance with a remarkable 1960s cast, including a Robert Vaughn cameo as the Man From U.N.C.L.E. Doris sings “Que Sera, Sera” and a few other numbers. 110m/C VHS, DVD . Doris Day, Rod Taylor, Arthur Godfrey, Paul Lynde, Eric Fleming, Alice Pearce, Ellen Corby, John McGiver, Dom DeLuise, Dick Martin, Edward Andrews; Cameos: Robert Vaughn; D: Frank Tashlin; W: Everett Freeman; C: Leon Shamroy.
