Dracula: Dead and Loving It
Dracula: Dead and Loving It Woof! 1995 (PG-13)
King of the spoofs Nielsen takes on the title role as the ever-loving, if clumsy, Count who still enjoys necking—particularly with luscious damsels in distress, Lucy (Anthony) and Mina (Yasbeck). And he's still got his bug-eating minion Renfield (MacNichol) and egomaniacal vampire-hunter Van Helsing (Brooks) around. As usual, Brooks throws everything possible on the screen, hoping some schtick will stick (not very much does). 90m/C VHS, DVD . Leslie Nielsen, Mel Brooks, Peter MacNichol, Lysette Anthony, Amy Yasbeck, Steven Weber, Harvey Korman, AnneBancroft, Darla Haun, Megan Cavanagh, Mark Blankfield, Clive Revill; D: Mel Brooks; W: Rudy DeLuca, Steve Haberman, Mel Brooks; C: Michael D. O'Shea; M: Hummie Mann.
