Greco-Italian noblewoman. Name variations: Catterina. Flourished around 1440; second wife of Constantine XI Paleologus, emperor of Nicaea (r. 1448–1453).

Caterina Gattilusi, a Greco-Italian, was the second wife and cousin of Constantine XI Paleologus. She died soon after her marriage. Constantine's first wife was Magdalena-Theodora Tocco , who also died young.
