Met officer cadet Jacques Algarron at Saint-Cyr School (May 1954), who essentially treated her as his slave; told by Algarron to prove her love for him by taking life of her 2 1/2-year-old daughter Catherine (Nov 8, 1954); tried for murder at Blois (May 1955), found guilty with extenuating circumstances and received life imprison ment (Algarron received 20-year sentence for having provoked the murder).
