Junge, Traudel (1920–2002)
German secretary. Born Gertraud Humps, 1920, in Munich, Germany; died of cancer, Feb 10, 2002, in Munich; dau. of Max Humps (early Nazi devotee); m. Hans Junge (Hitler aide), 1943 (killed 1944).
Became one of Adolf Hitler's personal secretaries (Dec 1942); moved with Hitler and staff into underground bunker (Jan 1945); took his last will and testament; claimed she only found out about the Holocaust after the war and spent her years racked with guilt.
