Foster, Susanna (1924–)
American actress and singer. Born Suzanne DeLee Flanders Larson, Dec 6, 1924, in Chicago, Illinois; m. Wilbur Evans (actor), 1948 (div. 1956).
An operatic singer as a child, signed with MGM at age 12 but made screen debut at 15 with Paramount in The Great Victor Herbert (1939); starred in The Phantom of the Opera (1943), Follow the Boys, Frisco Sal and That Night with You, among others; retired from the screen (1945) and later appeared on stage in operettas with husband.
