Electress of Brandenburg. Born Aug 12, 1583; died Mar 31, 1607; dau. of Maria Eleanora (1550–1608) and Albert Frederick (b. 1553), duke of Prussia; became 2nd wife of Joachim Frederick (1546–1608), elector of Brandenburg (r. 1598–1608), Oct 23, 1603; children: Marie Eleonore (1607–1675).
Joachim Frederick's 1st wife was Catherine of Custrin (1549–1602).
