Became ballet master of, and toured with, Petit Ballets de Paris (1948); choreographed for European companies including Netherlands Opera (c. 1951–58), Warsaw Opera, Nice Opera (1960–64), for which she staged opera divertissements and modern ballets; formed Ballet-Théâtre Contemporain in Paris and Angiers, France; works include La Conjuration (1948); Quatre Mouvements (1952); Le Sanctuaire (1956); Otello (1958); Barbaresques (1960); Le Manteau Rouge (1963); Le Mandarin Merveilleux (1965); Incendio (1967); La Follia de Orlando (1972).
