Nei-kuan
Nei-kuan or Nei-shih (Chin., ‘inner viewing’). A Taoist practice of visualizing the interior of the body, in order to facilitate the distribution of vitality (chʾi) and to contact the inner powers/deities. It also produces great mental calm.
