Ichien, also known as Dōkyō, or Muju (1226–1312). Japanese Zen monk of the Rinzai school. He was primarily a student of Ben'en, but he studied under several masters, and eventually produced an anthology of Buddhist stories, still used in training, Shaseki-shu (Collection of Sand and Stone).
