Private Career: Joined Toronto Maple Leafs, 1958. Over a 22-year career he scored 626 goals, was selected to nine All-Star teams and was a mem. of six Stanley Cup winning teams - four with Toronto and two with the Montreal Canadiens. Tied record for most play-off points, 1971. Has run his own company, "Big M" Promotions Ltd. since 1978. Rec'd: Calder Trophy as N.H.L. Rookie of the Year, 1958; Order of St. Michael, 1996.
