Violin Society of America Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide financial assistance for needy and deserving students of the art of violin and bow making and restoration. Focus: Music. Qualif.: Applicant must be a student U.S. citizen, have satisfactorily completed at least one full year of study in the program, have shown serious effort, talent and future promise and have financial need. Criteria: Applicants will be evaluated by the administrator of the program and will be recommended to the VSA.

Funds Avail.: No amount mentioned. To Apply: Teachers and faculty of leading American violin making schools annually submit the names of those students most worthy of scholarship aid.
