Description:

State-supported, 2-year, coed. Part of California Community College System. Awards certificates, transfer associate, and terminal associate degrees. Founded 1915. Setting: 58-acre urban campus with easy access to Los Angeles. Total enrollment: 22,189. Students come from 50 states and territories, 4% from out-of-state, 63% 25 or older. Core.
