NASSLEO Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide financial assistance to students who have chosen to further their education and are considering a career in school security and/or law enforcement. Focus: Law Enforcement. Qualif.: Applicant must be a senior graduating student from a public high school; will be attending an accredited college or university; has not received a full scholarship; has been outstanding in the area of citizenship and community service. Criteria: The committee will select one individual student from each region for the award.

Funds Avail.: $500. To Apply: The faculty member must submit the complete nomination form, which can be downloaded at the NASSLEO website. Faculty member must list the individual’s accomplishments in the area of citizenship and community service, what he/she has done to improve safety in the school, the contributions the student has made to his/her school, and any recognition received from his/her peers and/or faculty of the school for personal or academic achievement during this past school year.
