Andrew G. Chressanthis Memorial Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide scholarships for students with outstanding academic qualifications and financial need. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be of Greek descent; must be U.S. citizens; and must be undergraduate students who have declared majors in Greek studies. Criteria: Selection will be based on merit and financial need.

Funds Avail.: $2,000. To Apply: Application form can be obtained from the HUCPhila website. Applicants must complete the application form and mail to the attention of the Scholarship Chairman. Christopher Demetris Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide scholarships for students with outstanding academic qualifications and financial need. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicant must be a student who is a Greek Orthodox and a U.S. citizen. Criteria: Selection will be based on merit and financial need.

Funds Avail.: $1,200. To Apply: Application form can be obtained from the HUCPhila website. Applicants must complete the application form and mail to Scholarship Chairman. Applicants must also provide one letter of recommendation and scholastic transcripts. Deadline: April 21.

Dorizas Memorial Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide scholarship for students with outstanding academic qualifications and financial need. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be enrolled full-time in a degree program at an accredited four-year college or university. High school seniors accepted for enrollment in such a degree program may also apply. Criteria: Selection will be based on academic merit and financial need.

Nicholas S. Hetos, DDS, Memorial Graduate Scholarships (Graduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide scholarships for students with outstanding academic qualifications and financial need. Focus: Dentistry. Qualif.: Applicants must be senior undergraduate or graduate students with financial need pursuing studies leading to a Doctoral of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) or Doctoral of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) Degree. Criteria: Selection will be based on merits and financial need.

George C. Liacouras Memorial Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide scholarships for students pursuing undergraduate education at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be of Greek descent; must be U.S. citizens; and must be enrolled full-time at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Criteria: Selection will be based on merit and financial need.
