FACT Graduating Senior Scholarship Program (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To assure the continuation of FACT's selfless intents and purposes; to maintain high level of professionalism at the director level; to prevent any special-interest groups or self-serving individuals from assuming control of FACT for their own gain. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Program is open to FACT members. Applicants must be graduating from an accredited public, private or parochial high school or equivalent during the 2007-2008 school year; must maintain a “C” grade point average to remain in the funds (if considered). Applicants may be students currently enrolled in 2- or 4-year education in accredited colleges or universities. Criteria: Applicants will be evaluated by the Scholarship Committee based on academic records and quality of the essay submitted.

Funds Avail.: $10,000 and $2,500. Number Awarded: 4. To Apply: Applicants must submit completed application form; Release Authorization and Membership Verification Form; Certification Form; Official Copy of High School Transcript signed by the applicant's high school principal or academic advisor; and a two-page, double-spaced essay.
