Independent Roman Catholic, comprehensive, coed. Awards associate, bachelor's, and master's degrees. Founded 1859. Setting: 225-acre small town campus with easy access to Kansas City. Endowment: $9.1 million. Research spending 2003-04: $15,000. Educational spending 2003-04: $3452 per student. Total enrollment: 1,441. Faculty: 99 (59 full-time, 40 part-time).
