Purpose: To provide support to the individuals intending to pursue their career in aircraft electronics and aviation maintenance industry. Focus: Aviation. Qualif.: Applicant must be a high school senior and/or college student who plans to or are attending an accredited school in an avionics or aircraft repair program. Remarks: Scholarship given by Dutch and Ginger Arver in memory of their son, David. Dutch Arver was a strong supporter of the AEA for many years and served on the board of Directors until his retirement.

Leon Harris/Les Nichols Memorial Scholarships to Spartan College of Aeronautics & Technology (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide support for individuals intending to pursue a career in aircraft electronics and aviation maintenance industry. Focus: Aviation. Qualif.: Applicant must be a student planning to pursue an Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Aviation Electronics (avionics) at Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology campus in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Criteria: Selection of candidates will be based on their application materials.

Remarks: Scholarship is given by Wanda Peacock in memory of her late husband Chuck. As the founder of the Aircraft Electronics Association, Chuck credited his aviation and business management skills as the cornerstones for his success in the industry.
