Hatley–Pirbhai A particular variant of structured systems analysis developed by Derek Hatley and Imtiaz Pirbhai for use in real-time systems development. In addition to the techniques used in structured systems analysis, Hatley–Pirbhai introduces the concept of control bars in dataflow diagrams described by state-transition diagrams.
