Miller-Abbott tube (mil-er ab-ŏt) n. a double-channel rubber tube used to relieve obstruction of the small intestine. One channel terminates in a balloon that is inflated when the tube reaches the duodenum; the other is used for suction of the obstructing material. [ T. G. Miller (1886–1981) and W. O.
