Szekelyhidy, Ferenc
Szekelyhidy, Ferenc, Hungarian tenor; b. Tovis, April 4, 1885; d. Budapest, June 27, 1954. He received vocal training in Klausenburg. In 1909 he became a member of the Budapest Opera, where he sang both lyric and dramatic roles with success. He also toured widely as an oratorio and recital artist.
