Pisador, Diego, Spanish vihuelist and composer; b. Salamanca, 1509 or 1510; d. probably there, after 1557. In 1526 he took minor orders. In 1552 he publ. in Salamanca Libro de música de vihuela, containing madrigals, a set of Spanish ballads, and transcriptions of secular and sacred works by Josquin and others. A.
