Jadin, Hyacinthe
Jadin, Hyacinthe, French pianist and composer, brother of Louis Emmanuel Jadin; b. Versailles, 1769; d. Paris, Sept. 1802. He was a student of his father and of Hüllmandel. After appearing as a soloist in one of his own piano concertos at a Concert Spirituel in Paris in 1789, he was second keyboard accompanist at the Théâtre de Monsieur there. From 1795 he was prof, of piano at the Paris Cons. Jadin was the composer of a large output of piano music, including several fine sonatas.
