Goicoechea, Errasti Vicente
Goicoechea, Errasti Vicente, Spanish composer; b. Ibarra de Aramayona, Alava, April 5, 1854; d. Valladolid, April 9, 1916. He was a student of Felipe Forriti, and then entered the priesthood. In 1890 he became maestro de capilla at Valladolid Cathedral, where he was made canon in 1915. Goicoechea was a distinguished composer of church music.
